What do our students think of TMU?

Studying abroad can be challenging, so we know you are curious about the experiences of other students. Don't worry, we've got you covered! We asked our international students what they thought about coming to TMU and their stay in Japan, and here's what they said:

For Indonesians, we have an Indonesian student association at TMU. So, there's no need to worry because there are many fellow Indonesians who are willing to help if you encounter any problems, and there are also various events where you can get together. At first, adapting to the new culture, language, and academic environment was challenging, but I gradually adjusted. My research experience at TMU has helped me develop practical skills, confidence, and independence as a researcher. I would definitely recommend TMU to students from my country who are interested in graduate studies and research in Japan." (more...)
Choosing to study at TMU has been an invaluable life experience. I've learned new things to apply in the future, met friends who are like family, and learned about cultures not only in Japan but also with friends from other countries at the university. Finally, for anyone interested in pursuing further studies, whether at the master's or doctoral level, TMU always welcomes you. (translation) (more...)

Studying in Japan has been a wonderful and educational experience for me. Here, there are many opportunities to learn new things, conduct research, meet different people and cultures, and improve my skills. At first, some things may seem difficult, but over time you learn a lot and get the opportunity to improve yourself. (translation) (more...)
