In this research, we mainly study the evolution of organisms using mathematical and computational approaches. In the mathematical approach, we use mathematical models to perform mathematical analysis of biological phenomena. On the other hand, in the computational approach, we use rapidly evolving computer technology and bioinformatics to perform large-scale data analysis.
